環基環境永續股份有限公司成立於西元1991年。當時有鑒於國內環境保護意識日漸提升，為配合政府對於公害污染防治工作之積極推動，乃集合各方專業技術人才，引進國外技術、結合國內外政府機構及公民營企業等，提供有關廢棄物清除處理、垃圾掩埋場興建規劃施工、垃圾移除、土壤汙染整治、工業廢水、用水處理及公害污染防治相關工程之規劃、設計、監造。
在經濟效益與成本分析雙重考量之下，本公司提供完善施工管理、專業工程承攬施工以及操作維護改善等專業項目，亦提供相關工程技術諮詢與服務，更致力於掩埋場之電子滲漏系統開發建置、土壤有效整治、灰渣再生廠、除臭系統開發、汙泥資源化處理及垃圾轉運站設置等相關技術開發，在國內均有實績，且普獲好評；另本公司亦代辦各類同意設置與操作或排放許可申請。

Greenland Environmental Sustainability Co. was established in 1991 while there was growing awareness of environment protection. In line with the government policy to cope with the environment pollution problems, we have recruited members from various backgrounds of experts including waste treatment, air/water pollutants control, and introduced foreign advanced environment engineering technologies. We provide services such as waste clearance and disposal, industrial wastewater treatment and pollution prevention project design, plan and supervision.
In the meantime, we also focus on developing new technologies such as “Electronic leakage monitoring system of landfill”, “ Contaminated soil treatment”, “Treatment and reuse of ash of incinerators”, “Odor control and remove”, “Heavy metal sludge treatment and reuse”, and “Organic sludge treatment and reuse” etc..
